HMIS Existing User Training
For all in-person training across the WV BoS CoC, please access the Service Point Training Site here:
All end users are required to attend HMIS annual HMIS Security Training:
All existing end users are required to attend at least two upper-level HMIS specific trainings (via webinar or in-person) per calendar year. New User Training does not apply to this requirement.

Data Accuracy/Completeness Report Training:
This training provides step-by-step guidance on how to pull, read, and analyze the new Data Completeness/Accuracy Report for the WV BoS CoC. This report will be sent out monthly to each agency to analyze data completeness and accuracy per project.

Annual Assessment Report Training:
This training provides step-by-step guidance to HUD (CoC & ESG) funded programs and other participating federal partners on when to complete Annual Assessments for a clients entered into a project and how to pull this new report to track when the next Annual Assessment is due.
