The West Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness, on behalf of the Department of Human Services, Bureau for Social Services, is seeking proposals from qualified 501c(3) non-profit organizations to deliver lower-barrier, housing-led shelter services for people experiencing homelessness. Any applicant wishing to request funding may submit a budget not to exceed $250,000.
