2026 WVCEH Home4Good Funding Request for Proposals

The West Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness (WVCEH), the Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC), on behalf of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLBank Pittsburgh) and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF), is seeking proposals to deliver projects, programs, or activities that lead to stable housing for individuals and families who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Home4Good is a collaborative initiative between the FHLBank Pittsburgh and the WVHDF to provide grant funds to help those who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Funding is offered annually to Continuums of Care and service organizations serving the homeless. The WVCEH is the Continuum of Care lead for the Balance of State in West Virginia and is responsible for identifying and selecting projects in the service area for Home4Good funding.

The Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC) is divided into 8 service regions. Projects must be located and serve individuals in the BoS CoC coverage area.

Agencies desiring to participate in the 2026 WVCEH Home4Good Funding application process will need to complete the following process in order to be eligible and prepared for this year’s application submission.

To be considered for funding, Project Applicants must adhere to the following:

  • Letters of Intent (LOI) for all projects proposals must be received by WVCEH via Google Form at https://forms.gle/MMpzTV4mxmcqiyyx5 by June 22nd at 5:00pm.
  • Completed application must be received by the WVCEH via Google Form at https://forms.gle/B6VwrdhiqWFZEGiX6 by July 6th at 5:00pm.
  • The Rating & Ranking Committee will conduct agency interviews the week of July 13th to review, rate, and rank project applications.
