The review committee of five members met with 14 applicants for interviews on May 27th and May 28th, while also reviewing each individual submission. The Rating & Ranking Scorecard awarded points in the following categories: Performance Measures, Project Effectiveness & Data Quality, Organizational Structure, Standard Conformance, and the Rating & Ranking Interview Portion. This resulted in a total score which was then weighted for the final score out of 100 points. The following table shows the ranking order and award amount per project.
